Remedy #47 Treating Wrinkles With Botox To Cure Depression and Anxiety

Apparently according to studies featured in this TIME Magazine Article, the cosmetic treatment, Botox can be a cure of sorts for those who suffer from depression. The research suggests that outward physical expressions of emotion like a forced smile can influence how we feel. For example, forcing a frown can make you feel sad, while forcing a big grin can make you feel happy. Consequently, if you feel happy, even if temporarily, this can relieve yourself of anxiety as well.

  2. Bottom line though is that u can manipulate your feelings by manipulating the expressions on your face. But people who take botox to begin with are going to be prone to depression and anxiety. Its going to be very dependent on the person
